Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Earthy Monk reserves the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of placement—e.g., due to stock unavailability or logistic issues

You may also request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided:

The item hasn’t been processed or dispatched.

You notify us via WhatsApp or email (details below).

If the order was already shipped or picked by our courier, cancellation can still be requested, but will be treated as a return per our Returns policy.

2. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted if:

Items are defective or damaged.

Customers received incorrect or incomplete shipments.

To return a product, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

We’ll arrange pickup via courier partners at no extra cost.

Once we receive and inspect the return:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

If no refund is due, we will update you with reasons within 48 hours.

3. Ineligible Items for Refund
Consumables, perishable items, and products without defects.

Opened or used products unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Products damaged due to misuse.

4. Processing Time & Method
Cancellations are confirmed by email/WhatsApp.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Bank transfers or wallets may take 5–7 business days post-approval.

Use WhatsApp (via the website’s link) or email us at support@earthymonk.com, quoting:

Order number

Date of purchase

Reason for cancellation or return

Attach photos if requesting return due to damage or defect.

6. Policy Updates
Earthy Monk may update this policy without notice.
