Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

Non-Metro Areas: 4–7 business days

Remote/Interior Locations: May take up to 10 business days

You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge will apply (visible at checkout).

Delays & Exceptions
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Weather conditions

Public holidays

Courier disruptions

In such cases, our team will proactively inform you and support tracking.

Delivery Restrictions
We currently ship only within India.

We do not support international shipping as of now.

Missed or Failed Deliveries
If you miss the delivery, our courier partner will make 1–2 additional attempts.

If the order is returned to us after failed attempts, we’ll contact you for reshipment. Additional charges may apply.
